What Is Sound Therapy?

There is no doubt that in today's frenetic and stressful life, the interest for sound therapy is growing at a steady peace. In this article we will dig dipper into this thriving field.

In a nutshell, sound therapy is the use of sound and music to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

All the techniques involve the influence of sound waves with different instruments not limited to human voice. Those vibrations affect our brainwaves and allow for slow down journey from a normal waking consciousness (beta state) to relaxed (Alpha state) to meditative state (theta state) and even sleep (delta state).
